Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

We at Areebah Technologies are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality solar products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a product does not meet expectations or arrives damaged. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for purchases made through our website or authorized representatives.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or non-functional on arrival.

  • You received a wrong item or a product that does not match its description.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with packaging and all included accessories/manuals.

  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Customized or special-order solar systems designed per client specifications.

  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, or physically damaged by the customer.

  • Services such as installation, site inspection, or technical consultancy.

  • Items purchased through clearance or marked as final sale.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

 Contact our Support Team at support@areebah.com or call +92 337 7636300 within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.

  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse in  Islamabad (address will be provided).

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval.

  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank transfer, credit card, or online payment) within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Any shipping or handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • A restocking fee (typically 10–15%) may be charged for certain items.


5. Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged or defective and qualifies under our return criteria:

  • We will replace the product free of charge, subject to availability.

  • In the case of out-of-stock items, we may offer a similar product or full refund.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment or within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
